Great duplex just outside the City limits. Each unit is 2 bdrm, 1 bath. One unit has an attached 1 car garage and is a ranch style floor plan. The second unit is a bi-level with bdrm, storage and laundry on the lower level and bedroom, bath, kitchen, dining on the upper lever and a balcony off the living room. It's is a nice rural location, but close to Lake Michigan beaches, schools and shopping. Each unit has it's own laundry room, heat and water hater. Both units are currently rented.
